Privacy policy

exrsz is pre-launch. Right now this website does exactly one thing with your data: it takes a first name and an email so we can tell you when the doors open. This page explains that in plain English, because a privacy policy you can't read isn't protecting anyone.
Who we are
exrsz ("we", "us") is operated by a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 1111B S Governors Ave, Dover, DE, United States. We run exrsz.com and the exrsz training app that's currently being built. Questions about anything on this page go to info@exrsz.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, you give us:
- Your first name
- Your email address
We also record, automatically, so we know which parts of the site are working:
- Which button you clicked to join (for example "hero" or "pricing")
- The page you were on
- Any campaign tags in the link you arrived from (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign) and the referring site, if your browser sends one - The time you joined
When you browse the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) sees your IP address like every web server does, and derives a country from it. We use that country for one thing: offering to show prices in your local currency. We don't store your IP address ourselves.
In your own browser, we save two small preferences using local storage, not cookies: which currency you picked, and the campaign tags from your first visit so we can attribute your signup correctly. Nothing in local storage identifies you, and clearing your browser data removes it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Not now, not at launch, not ever.
- We don't run advertising or tracking pixels on this site. No Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, no fingerprinting.
- We don't buy data about you from anyone else.
- We don't email you about anything except exrsz.
What we use it for
- Emailing you when exrsz launches, and occasionally before that with genuinely useful updates about the product. Not a drip sequence. Not daily.
- Honouring the founding-member price and early Ruthless-mode access we promised you for joining.
- Understanding which parts of the site convince people to sign up, so we can make the site better.
Where it lives
Your waitlist entry is stored in a Google Sheet owned by us, delivered there through Zapier. The website runs on Vercel. That's the whole supply chain:
- Vercel hosts the site and processes requests (privacy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
- Zapier passes your signup from the site to our sheet (privacy: zapier.com/privacy)
- Google Workspace stores the sheet (privacy: policies.google.com/privacy)
Each of them processes your data on our instructions and under their own privacy terms. None of them are allowed to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until a reasonable time after launch when the waitlist has done its job and we move everyone who signed up into the app's own account system, which will have its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- See what we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Unsubscribe from emails
Email info@exrsz.com from the address you signed up with and we'll do it within a few days. No forms, no "retention specialist". If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have these rights under law as well as under this policy, and you can also complain to your local data-protection authority if you think we've got something wrong.
Children
exrsz is not for anyone under 16. If you're under 16, don't join the waitlist. If we learn we have a minor's data, we delete it.
Changes
When the app launches, this policy will grow to cover the app itself: training data, wearable data, payments. We'll tell everyone on the waitlist by email before that happens, and we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't quietly change what we do with data you've already given us.
