These terms cover the exrsz website and waitlist. When the app launches it will have its own terms, because a training app needs more rules than a signup form does. Until then, this is it.
The short version
You can browse the site and join the waitlist for free. The waitlist gets you the founding-member price and day-one access to Ruthless mode when we launch. Don't abuse the site, don't copy our stuff, and understand that exrsz is a training tool, not a doctor.
Who you're dealing with
exrsz ("we", "us") is operated by a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 1111B S Governors Ave, Dover, DE, United States. Contact: info@exrsz.com.
The waitlist
By joining you're telling us you're at least 16 and that the email is yours. In return we'll:
- Email you when exrsz launches
- Lock in the founding-member annual price shown on the site at the time you joined, for as long as you stay continuously subscribed after launch
- Give you access to Ruthless mode from day one
Two honest caveats. First, prices on the site are stated in several currencies; the one you're locked into is the one for your billing region at launch. Second, founding pricing is a launch-window offer. It's for people who join before doors open, and we can close the waitlist at any point once they do.
Joining the waitlist doesn't create an account, doesn't cost anything, and doesn't obligate you to buy anything later.
What's ours
The exrsz name, logo, site design, copy, and the coach-tone concept are ours. You can quote and screenshot the site to talk about it. You can't copy it to build something that looks like it, and you can't use the exrsz name or mark to suggest we've endorsed something we haven't.
What you can't do
Don't do anything to the site that a reasonable person would recognise as abuse: scraping the waitlist endpoint, submitting other people's email addresses, probing for vulnerabilities, or trying to break the form. If you find a security problem, tell us at info@exrsz.com and we'll thank you rather than sue you.
Not medical advice
Everything on this site, including the blog, is general information about training. It isn't medical advice and it isn't a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist, or a coach who has actually looked at you. Training carries a risk of injury. You're responsible for deciding what's safe for your body, and for getting cleared by a professional if you have a condition that warrants it. Our coach personalities are a tone setting, not a qualification.
Ruthless mode
Ruthless mode is deliberately blunt and uses explicit language. It's opt-in inside the app, and it's for people who want that. If that's not you, don't turn it on. Choosing it is your call, and we're not responsible for hurt feelings you asked for.
No warranties
The site and the waitlist are provided as they are. We'll try hard to keep them working and accurate, but we don't promise they'll be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't promise a launch date. Pre-launch means pre-launch.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Since the site is free, our total liability to you in connection with it is capped at what you paid us for it, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Third-party links
The blog links to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what's on them.
Changes
We can update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for anything material we'll email the waitlist. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Before either of us goes to court, we'll talk. Email info@exrsz.com.
